The Pelican A
With bathrooms featuring full showers next to both the master suite as well as the second and third bedrooms, there’s no need to fight over amenities. The open floor plan in the living room, kitchen and dining room creates an inviting atmosphere for entertainment.
The spacious 30x15 foot lanai is a wonderful porch space to BBQ or be sit under a shaded roof and still enjoy the Florida sun.
Plus, with two walk-in closets and sinks in the master bedroom, it gives you and your significant other plenty of space. You can even fit both cars in the garage!
The Pelican B
The Pelican A and the Pelican B have the exact same room dimensions, except their layouts are flipped. See the picture above, how the garage is on the right for the A and on the left for the B layout.
The Oasis 2
This 1898 square foot floor plan has a great deal of flexibility for larger families.
The Oasis 2 already comes with two bedrooms, but you have the ability to add a third bathroom to create a full guest suite. Plus, the flex room next to your entry could function as a fourth bedroom or den for a home office— or even a second living room for a home theater.
The garage in the original plan accommodates two vehicles, but you can upgrade to a three-car space to fit all your automobiles and store sporting equipment (see the Oasis 3 below).
Your covered lanai could also boast a kitchen, if you’d like to grill outside and enjoy Florida’s stunning weather.
The Oasis 3
For those who need more storage space or to fit an additional car, the Oasis 3 home features an extra spacious 31x21 foot garage, but the same interior layout you love.
The Nautilus 2
With a larger floorplan than many similar home designs, the Nautilus 2 is roomy and open.
This 2180 square foot space has three bedrooms and three restrooms, including one off your lanai that can function as a pool bath.
It features two large walk-in closets and a 22x20 foot living room. Unlike the more open floor plan of other rooms, this floor plan features more private areas, such as the dining room off the kitchen and an enclosed den off of the living room.
The Nautilus 3
Just like the three-car garage option for our Oasis, the Nautilus 3 features a larger 29x23 foot garage with the same interior home dimensions.
The El Dorado
This three bedroom, three bath and three-car garage option is 2627 square feet of luxury.
The El Dorado features our biggest lanani of all the homes in this price range, perfect for hosting outdoor get togethers with the optional kitchen add-on. There’s also a pool bath right off it, adjacent to the one guest bedroom.
Enter the master suite through double doors or enjoy the sunshine through off your patio through your sliding glass door. In addition, your master bathroom also boasts both a shower and bath.
